We operate a dedicated Kingston & St. Andrew corporate delivery route. Once payment is confirmed, your order enters a structured 48-hour pipeline: Day 1 for farm-fresh sourcing and Day 2 for same-day prep and delivery. This two-day cycle is consistent and repeatable, so your team always knows when to expect their fruit.
We offer three cup formats — 12oz Flat Lid, 12oz Dome Lid, and 16oz Jumbo Dome — available individually or as curated variety mixes. All cups are tamper-proof sealed and prepared in a Ministry of Health compliant, commercial-grade facility. Custom pack configurations are available on request for orders with specific size or mix requirements.
Yes. Our minimum order is 1 bundle (10 cups), and we offer bulk discounts for orders of 5 or more bundles. Because we source specifically to your confirmed order volume, we can scale up or down between orders — just submit your updated quantity before the 2:00 PM EST cut-off on your chosen Day 0.
All orders are processed via direct local bank transfer. Once you place your order request, our team will review it and send an official tax invoice containing our banking details.

Full payment must be received and cleared before any order is scheduled for production. We do not purchase or prep produce for pending orders. Deliveries are scheduled 2 business days after payment confirmation. Day 1 is dedicated to farm-fresh produce sourcing; Day 2 is dedicated to same-day prep and Kingston corporate delivery. This structured pipeline ensures every order arrives at peak freshness with no shortcuts in the sourcing or preparation process.
Payment receipts must be submitted by 2:00 PM EST to mark that calendar date as "Day 0." Receipts received after 2:00 PM will roll over to the next business day's sourcing cycle. For example, a payment confirmed at 3:00 PM on Monday will begin sourcing on Tuesday (Day 1) and deliver on Wednesday (Day 2).
Because our fruits are highly perishable and sourced specifically to your order volume, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or rescheduled within 24 hours of the set delivery date. Once produce has been sourced to your confirmed volume, those resources are committed entirely to your order. We encourage clients to confirm order details carefully before submitting payment.
